Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--5.2; HindIII--4.6, 0.4; EcoRI/HindIII--2.8, 2.5, 0.4; BamHI--2.1, 2.03; AccI--3.7, 1.4, 0.66, 0.4. An EcoRI/HindIII double digest shows insert fragment sizes of 3.1 and 0.4 kb. The PstI polymorphism demonstrates codominant segregation in 60 families. Enzyme(s) not detecting polymorphism: MspI, RsaI, BglII. |
