Enzyme(s) not detecting polymorphism: Polymorphism was not detected with 30 enzymes tested, including BamHI, BglII, BstEII, DdeI, HinfI, HpaI, MspI, PstI, PvuII, RsaI, TaqI and XbaI in 10 unrelated Caucasians. |
