Morphology
Colonies initially white, becoming reddish brown, felty to powdery, occasionally with radial grooves; reddish brown pigment is exuded into the medium. Terminal and intercalary conidia hyaline, smooth or slightly echinulate, 3-5 x 2-3.5 μm, with basal scars; terminal conidia obovoid, somewhat cuneiform or ellipsoid, intercalary conidia barrel-shaped.
