The insert contains the following restriction sites (nt from the 5' EcoRI site): SacI--530, 1175; StuI--986; BstXI--1184; BamHI--1195; HindIII--1205. Contains the complete coding sequence (nt 51-1634), with 5' and 3' untranslated regions. The EcoRI/DraI fragment (nt 1-1701) containing the complete coding region can be cloned into a shuttle vector suitable for expression in mammalian cells. |
