The insert includes the following sites (approximate kb from the 5' end of the insert): BamHI--0.27; EcoRI--1.1; ApaI--1.6; BglII--2.2; KpnI--2.4. Encodes about 80% of the virus genome from the 3' end. Hybridizes to three RNAs from infected plant tissue: a genomic RNA (about 4.7 kb), a 2.1 kb RNA and a 1.0 kb RNA. |
