Detects sequences from the Op (between O18 and A15) and Od (between O8 and O9) regions. In the AccI/BamHI digests of genomic DNA, the AccI site is polymorphic. Recloned from m146-5. The insert contains a PvuII site approximately 0.1 kb from the HindII end. |
