MC29 Avian Myelocytomatosis Virus. Constructed by inserting MC29 virus into pSV2 shuttle vector. This was constructed from circularly permuted MC29 provirus by duplicating the 1.1 kb EcoRI-KpnI fragment (containing 2 LTRs) at the 3' end. The early promoter of SV40 has opposite polarity from that of the provirus. |
