Deposited with the understanding that the DNAs not be used in human experiments. The protein produced is the constituitively activated Q227L mutation (glutamine replaced by leucine at codon 227). Encodes a hemagglutinin epitope replacing nt 475-489 of the GenBank sequence, followed by an altered serine codon (TCC) nt 490-492.
