The sequences recorded in L11812 and L11813 appear to be from the same primer and offset by 60 nt. Based on the insert size and the alignment with GenBank accession M25529 (1334 nt, CDS 9-1250), this clone appears to contain part of the coding sequence. Detects a 2.3 kb transcript in the mouse heart. |
