Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): HindIII--3.1, 0.36; PstI--3.2, 0.27; EcoRI--3.4.
Full-length (360 bp) cDNA fragment of TASV with HindIII ends was cloned into HindIII site of pSP64; noninfectious.
