Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): BamHI--3.2, 2.1; EcoRI--5.26; HindIII--2.96, 2.3; PstI--4.8, 0.46; XbaI--3.9, 1.35. A new nomenclature system has been proposed for INT1 and related genes. It has been suggested that INT1L1 become WNT-2. This probe is an independent clone detecting the same polymorphism as XV2C. |
